Octan SBT is a type of soulbound token proposed by Vitalik Buterin, designed and implemented by Octan Labs to enhance the concept of Web3 identity by measuring user reputation, behavior and contributions. 

Users must log in to an EVM wallet with Metamask and provide a username and email to qualify to mint SBT. Social account information is optional. The more information provided, the more accurate the reputation score.
